After that each new flock is paid for once. There is no monthly fee.
Your records are yours. Nothing is deleted if you stop paying.
The app keeps records. It is not a vet and does not give medical advice.
The vaccination schedule is a reminder only. Ask your veterinarian.
1. Who runs this app
Flock Tracker (the app) is operated by VG Consultants.
By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app does
The app helps you keep records for your broiler farm: flocks, daily feed and mortality, vaccination, sales, purchases, stock and reports.
The app only shows what you enter. If the information you enter is wrong, the reports will be wrong.
3. Your account
Accounts are opened with your mobile number and an OTP. There is no password.
One account per mobile number.
Keep your phone and OTP to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your number.
Tell us immediately if you change your number or lose your phone.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
4. Free flock and packages
Your first flock is free for its whole cycle. We may change how many flocks are free.
After that, each new flock gets a few free days. Beyond that, daily entry needs a paid package.
One payment covers that flock to the end of its cycle. Not per day, not a subscription.
Packages may be bought in advance. Larger packages cost less per flock.
If you do not pay, only daily entry on that flock stops. Reports, past records, vaccination and sales stay open.
5. Payment
Payments are taken by UPI through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
Prices may change at any time. Packages already bought are not affected.
Failed payments are returned by your bank, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Refunds
Packages are generally non-refundable once bought, because they are added to your account immediately.
If money was taken and no package was added, contact us. We will check and either add it or refund you.
If you created a flock by mistake and removed it within 7 days with very few entries, the package returns automatically.
Other refunds are at our discretion.
7. Your records
The records you enter belong to you.
Your records are not deleted if you stop paying.
We may use anonymous, combined data to improve the app.
What happens to your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. This is not veterinary advice
The vaccination schedule in the app is a reminder tool. It is general information, not advice prepared for your farm.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian about vaccination, medication and treatment. We are not responsible for any loss — disease, mortality or reduced production — arising from use of the app.
9. Standards and reports
Breed standard comparisons are indicative only, not a guarantee of performance.
Standards reflect ideal conditions. Real results vary with climate, feed and housing.
Standard data is currently available for some breeds only. Others show an empty daily chart.
Profit and FCR figures are based on what you enter. They are not accounting or tax records.
10. Availability
The app needs an internet connection. It does not work offline.
We aim to keep the app running but interruptions and maintenance can happen.
We may change, remove or add features at any time.
11. What you must not do
Do not open an account using someone else's number.
Do not attempt to break into, disrupt or extract data from the app.
Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
12. Closing an account
You may stop using the app at any time. Write to us to have your account deleted.
We may close your account if you break these terms. Any unused packages are not refunded in that case.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. Our total liability for any loss — including bird mortality, reduced profit or lost data — will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. We will give notice in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
